ALEXA MORGENROTH,
MA
Alexa has a masters degree in developmental psychology from Columbia University. She has over 15 years of experience building and overseeing behavior health programs for individuals struggling with mental health and addiction disorders. After a long history of personal addiction and treatment, it has always been her dream to open up a facility that treats addiction and recovery differently. Alexa lives in Phoenix with her wife Bianca and two pups, Ribs and Noodles.

LORETTA MUEFFELMAN

Loretta has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced Trauma. She specializes in navigating the residual effects of traumatic experiences, including anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and difficulty with sleep. Loretta has extensive training in a variety of evidence-based and experiential treatment modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sand Tray Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI), HeartMath, and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). Her passion is rooted in helping individuals and families heal from trauma, rediscover their resilience and build stronger, more connected relationships.

GEORGE MILLER
LAC, BCN
George is a trauma specialist and feels privileged to be able to be part of each client's individual healing journey. He is trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing which uses a bottom-up approach to therapy. George is also an expert in brain science and is trained in Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, and Computational Neuroscience. This allows him to map connecting symptoms with data from the brain and nervous system, giving clients a new perspective to understand the process of healing in mind, body, and soul. When George isn't the brain master, he enjoys hiking and golf.

Charrisa graduated with her bachelors in nursing from ASU in 2018 and she graduated from NAU in 2015 with her masters degree in nursing. Charrisa is a family nurse practitioner who has a passion for treating individuals with opioid dependence with compassion and respect. Charrisa is a subject matter expert in the field of opioid dependence on 2 ECHO panels managed by ASU; MOUD (medications for opioid use disorder) ECHO and SUD (substance use disorder) in Women ECHO. Charrisa has 3 kids and 3 dogs. She loves to paint and read in her spare time.

Brian graduated from Stockton University in New Jersey with a BA in criminal justice. He has been building relationships with respected professionnals in the behavioral health community since starting his own recovery journey in 2013. Brian lives with his wife Nicole and their dog Bella in Gilbert, Arizona.

Meleni is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) Clinician. Who is deeply committed to working to provide support to individuals, families, and other therapists. Throughout her career she has focused on substance abuse, and is trained in EMDR, Sand Tray/Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and various other CBT and ACT modalities. Her specialized training is rooted in trauma, developmental, and complex trauma using a bottom-up therapy approach that addresses the body's sensations, emotions, and nervous system regulation. Meleni is a wife and a mother who loves to travel. She is minutes away from a doctorate degree in psychology with an emphasis in cognition and instruction. She is genuine and loves what she does.

Ben is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is committed to helping young and adults navigate life’s challenges, fostering hope and resilience Understanding that mental health issues can feel overwhelming, Ben creates a supportive environment for those facing anxiety, depression, or stress, allowing clients to explore their experiences without judgment. His approach provides practical tools for managing intensity, cultivating self-compassion, and reconnecting with what truly matters. Ben believes in the for growth and transformation, guiding clients toward lives that are authentic rather perfect. Outside of counseling, he enjoys exploring cultures, staying active outdoors, and discovering the stories that connect people from various walks of life.

Francine is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple settings. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve mental and emotional stability through a holistic approach that integrates clinical expertise, empathy, and education. Francine’s nursing journey has been shaped by her dedication to patient-centered care and mental health advocacy. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University and is due to graduate with her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in March. Outside of work, Francine enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves caring for her playful three year old poodle, Bentley
